Live Each Day with Courage
Here at WDS, we strive to demonstrate our motto the “Way of the West” by means of the cowboy ethics. Each month for the next 10 months we will be doing a deep dive into the meaning of each cowboy ethic, how we can acquire it, how we can use it in our daily life both inside and outside of the workplace. Every month, an employee will be nominated by other fellow peers and in turn, each quarter one of those nominees will be chosen as the employee of the quarter. We hope that by incorporating the cowboy ethics into our monthly meetings it will help employees and management alike build and adopt hardworking skills, integrity and character.
